Pazala is passionate about supporting community artists and musicians and has created a music collective and recording studio for this purpose. Pazala also funds grants and endowments for ongoing basic support for local artists and musicians.

Pazala cofounder Jack West created the Woodwork Collective to provide a platform for professional-level musicians who don't perform for a living to "come out of the woodwork" and collaborate on playing, composing, and performing music together. The concerts are presented free to other local musicians and their families/friends as a way of broadening the collective and bringing the musical community together. Pazala also supports the filmmakers, photographers, sound engineers, and production personnel in this artistic endeavor. The performances are filmed and published on the Woodwork Collective's YouTube channel to share the music with the public, check it out!

Ahead Behind Studio is a non-profit studio that provides no-cost recording time, facilities, equipment use, and/or production personnel to selected local and touring musicians, dancers, and other performance groups so that they can create video and audio recordings to use to further and promote their art, generate income for themselves, and share with the public. For some projects Pazala also provides grants to the artists and production personnel to fund their rehearsal/recording time and expenses.
